Your school picks a current running show on Broadway that they want to see.
Empower Voices Now will pair you with Broadway performer(s) from the chosen show. Students will get to participate in a 1.5 hour class to learn the choreography or a song from the show they will be seeing later that evening.
Classes will be followed by a 45 minute Q&A with the Broadway Performer/Instructor.
For an additional fee, advanced actors will have the option to participate in a "Mock Audition Class" with Broadway stars Polly Baird (Assistant Choreographer & Dance Captain at The Phantom of the Opera) and Raquel Suarez Groen(Carlotta Giudicelli at The Phantom of the Opera). Students will also learn mind/body calming techniques to help deal with nerves/performance anxiety with co-founder and psychologist, Dana Guerrero. This mock audition class will give students the opportunity to receive feedback and coach their audition songs with Broadway professionals in a supportive environment - while giving them a chance to know what it takes to audition for The Great White Way!
